Support Worker - Part time

Service/Location: Aspens – Burton Cottages 1-2 Burton Cottages, Bishops Lane, Robertsbridge TN32 5BA

We are looking for part time support workers who want to make a real positive difference with the people that they support! Is that you?

We support 8 adults between 20-40 years with Autism, learning disabilities and with limited verbal communication. Our service users are great fun unique individuals with lots of potential, however they also sometimes display behaviours that are very challenging.

No two days are the same here with this fun, caring and dynamic team. We encourage new ideas and activities as the service users love to be active and currently go horse riding, to the pub, cinemas, drives, days out at historic sites and much more.

As a support worker you would be expected to help with all of the day to day running of the house including; going on days out with service users, personal care, completing care notes, cleaning, taking people to appointments, assisting people to day services, cooking, going on service user holidays and anything else to help improve the lives of the service users.

Hours are negotiable.
