Children and Young People’s Support Worker
Part Time and Bank Positions Available

If you answered yes to both of these questions then you probably have the skills, aptitude and attitude to work for Aspens to support Children and Young People aged 5-25 years.

We are currently looking to recruit to the following:

  • Children and Young People’s Group Activities Support Worker (variable hours available from part-time to bank relief)

  • Children and Young People’s Outreach Support Workers (variable hours available from part-time to bank relief)

You will be required to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service and timings of the support that we provide both within group environments and community based support, which will include evening and weekend work. Increased hours may be available during more demanding periods such as school holidays.
This service has been set up to provide these young people with opportunities to have fun and achieve in a supporting environment with staff that enable them by helping to remove barriers.

As you will be providing care in the community, a full drivers licence and access to your own vehicle is essential. 

Aspens Charities Limited provide support for Adults, Children and Young People who have Autism Spectrum Conditions and associated disabilities who live in Crawley, East Grinstead, Littlehampton and surrounding areas. We need enthusiastic and exciting people like you to help us deliver this support across a range of inclusive and enjoyable groups, community based activities and 1-1 support within the home, school and community.
