Support Worker –Falconers Court
Hours: 37 Hours per week. Shift patterns vary, staff must be flexible – some weekdays, weekends, evenings and sleep-in shifts are required.

We are looking for a reliable, fun, flexible support worker who ideally will have experience of working with people with Learning Difficulties to join our team at Falconers Court.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A Diploma/NVQ in Health and Social Care
  • Experience of working with challenging behaviours  
  • Be highly motivated and are able to work on their own initiative
  • Be well organised and able to prioritise tasks
  • A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Your main tasks will involve supporting individuals in a Residential Setting. No two days are ever the same for us and we need enthusiastic staff who enjoy supporting individuals with on and off-site activities. A positive attitude is a must, enabling those you support to achieve positive outcomes.
