Support Worker, Part Time Nights –Falconers Court
Location:
Edenbridge
Hours: 20 Hours per week

We are looking for a Waking Night Support Worker to join our professional team that is dedicated to supporting people to achieve a progressively more independent lifestyle and maximise their potential.

Our Ideal Candidate will:

  • Have a Diploma/NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care or willing to work towards the qualification.
  • Be highly motivated individuals who can work on their own initiative and are flexible enough to work on a rota basis.
  • Have a passion and enthusiasm for delivering quality services to vulnerable people
  • Be able to demonstrate empathy whilst enabling people to maximise their independence
  • Have a full driver’s licence and access to a car with business insurance - desirable. 

Your daily duties will include household chores and supporting any individuals who may wake in this homely setting.  This is a lone working position. 

Falconers court is a residential service for people with learning disabilities and associated physical difficulties situated in Edenbridge, it is home to seven service users who are currently all female. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and effective staff team.
