Waking Nights Support Worker
Hours: 42 hours per week (Mon-Thurs Nights, 10.5 hours shifts)
Location/Service: Finch Cornford Lane, Pembury, Kent, TN2 4QU

At Aspens, we are looking for a dedicated, hardworking Waking Night Support Worker to join our team in Pembury, based in our Finch Residential house, supporting seven gentlemen with physical and learning disabilities.

You will need to be confident and able to work to your own initiative as you will often be lone working during the night.

Ideally, you will:

  • Have a Diploma/NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards the qualification.
  • Have Experience with challenging behaviour
  • Be highly motivated and be able to work on your own initiative
  • Have a passion and enthusiasm for delivering quality services to vulnerable people
  • Be able to demonstrate empathy while enabling people to maximise their independence
  • Have a full driving licence
