Support Worker

Location: Ellasdale Road, Bognor Regis

You must have a full UK driving licence and have use of a car.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, varied shift patterns

Who are we looking for?

We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic, reliable and resilient individuals who would like to join our growing Aspens family. You’ll need to be a ‘people person’ who enjoys building relationships and motivating others to reach their full potential. Flexibility, a ‘can do’ attitude and a sense of humour are a must too! Aside from this, you will need to be able to work independently, as well as part of a team, have basic computer, literacy and numeracy skills and have experience of working with vulnerable people or those with complex needs.

Although not essential, it would be desirable if you also held an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)

Small service which is home to Six Autistic adults, who have a varied timetable of activities in the house and in the wider community. We need a motivated, confident support worker to take on tasks including personal care, cooking and some general domestic cleaning who will help these individuals gain skills and confidence, so living more fulfilling lives.
